- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is my first visit and I just went in with a query. It was about 4pm on Friday 4th May. I would NEVER go there again. The receptionist was frosty, dismissive and quite frankly rude. She kept me waiting while she carried on a private conversation, and while I was waiting, a young Mother came in with her new baby to see a duty Dr. Poor girl was a bit upset, but the Receptionist asked her twice what Dr she was seeing and her manner was snooty to the extreme. How someone like that is in a position dealing with people is amazing. Quite appalling service. My Doctors are Gaywood House, and the Reception always has friendly, approachable staff who cant help you enough. Perhaps Southville Doctors should take a leaf out of their book as the Reception is the first impression you get.By lynkeane, May 09, 2017
